Returns Policy

 PLEASE READ OUR RETURNS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

• We provide full surety that the product is in perfect condition and are exactly like the picture (Lighting may slightly have different colour variance). Any concerns about colour and size should be cleared at the time of purchase.
• In the case of a damaged, misdescribed or faulty item please reach out to us via our website chat box or by emailing us at kundangemsuk@gmail.com. 
• Any items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. We have the right to refuse a refund if the item has been worn, altered, damaged or safety seal has been teared.
• Unboxing video of the parcel is required to claim any issues. It is difficult for us to help you if this is not provided to us.
• Once payment has been made we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons. This includes studs, earrings, tikka sets, full sets and any pierced products that we sell. Please be mindful we are unable to offer a return or exchange under these circumstances because we cannot sell worn products onto other customers.
• If you would like to exchange or return any other items you will need to contact us within 14 days after receiving your order and email the order number alongside other details to kundangemsuk@gmail.com. Any returns or exchanges customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this by first or second class Royal Mail post. We are not responsible for any items lost in the post. If you would like an exchange posted out, then you would need to pay for the delivery to send out the exchange, you can do this by emailing us. Lastly, you can exchange for a product of the same value or higher. 
• No refunds, exchanges or credit notes can be agreed after 14 days of purchase.

Please be sure you're happy to place an order with us after reading our policy. Please do not challenge the policy, as it is there for a reason and it is your responsibility as a buyer to read policies before you buy.
