All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

Please note estimated delivery time can depend on what day and time the order has been placed. For example if an order is placed on Saturday and special delivery fee has been paid then it is likely for the parcel to arrive next fully working business day. 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number as all postage requires a signature and tracking.

Damages

Customize the following: Kundan Gems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and make sure to make an unboxing video beforehand.
